Mr Seal - Assistant Principal - Sixth Form
Having grown up in Essex and attended school in Walthamstow, Mr. Seal went on to study Mathematics with Economics at the London School of Economics, before completing a Master’s degree at UCL. After a successful academic journey, they began their teaching career at Bobby Moore Academy as the founding Head of Mathematics, leading the department to an impressive 92% 4+ pass rate in its early years.
Over time, Mr. Seal has held several senior leadership roles within the school, contributing significantly to its growth and development. Now as Head of Sixth Form, they are proud to lead a dedicated team focused on academic excellence, personal development, and future readiness. Passionate about education as a launchpad for life, he is committed to supporting each scholar to become a resilient, ambitious, and successful adult who builds their own legacy.

Ms Treacy - Director of Sixth Form
Ms. Treacy started her career in teaching in Essex where she completed her training as a Drama Teacher. During this time, she continued to work as a dancer and choreographer for the Essex based community dance company, Flux Dance Collective, as well as teaching dance classes across Essex for the Royal Academy of Dance.
Moving to Berkshire to continue her career in teaching, Ms. Treacy worked for the state boarding school Holyport College where she was Subject Lead for Drama, Assistant Housemistress in the boarding house and oversaw Teacher Training for aspiring teachers. With Eton College being their educational sponsor, Ms. Treacy began working for Eton College's Combined Cadet Force, CCF, where she would train Eton College and Holyport College students in field craft, arms training, operational tasks as well as careers in the military.
With Ms. Treacy’s love for pastoral work growing, she took up the role of Housemistress of a Sixth Form boarding house at Downe House, an independent boarding school in West Berkshire. As Housemistress, Ms. Treacy's responsibilities were to develop the academic achievements and wellbeing of the students in her care. Alongside this role, Ms. Treacy contributed to the wider school community leading students in whole school productions, designing and delivering a Sixth Form Enrichment programme and working on action research projects as an editor for the school's pedagogy journal. In her final year at Downe House, Ms. Treacy became Head of Year 12 focusing on the academic rigour of Sixth Form and promoting careers and Further Education for students to aspire to.
Moving to East London, Ms. Treacy began working at Bobby Moore Academy in April 2024 as Head of Pastoral before becoming Teacher of Performing Arts and Head of Year 11 where she would utilise her skills developed over her 12 years as an educator. Now working closely with the Sixth Form scholars as Head of Sixth Form at Bobby Moore Academy. Ms. Treacy enjoys preparing scholars for the next stages in life.
Ms Drucker- Careers & Partnership Lead
Ms Drucker started her teaching career in Chile where she taught English as a second language to adults and children in Santiago and Iquique. Her UK teaching career began in Newham where she completed her teacher training as a language's teacher, specialising in Spanish.
Ms Drucker continued her teaching career in East London moving to a school in Hackney where she became second in charge of the languages department and led on several educational visits abroad to Alicante with both KS3 and KS4 scholars.
Since joining the Bobby Moore Academy in 2019, Ms Drucker has led on several different areas of the school giving her a breadth of experience across curriculum, teaching and learning and pastoral. Her responsibilities have included Director of MFL, Associate Assistant Principal and Lead Practitioner of Early Career teachers. In her current role as lead practitioner of careers and partnerships Ms Drucker oversees the school careers development work and the whole school careers strategy. Ms Drucker works school wide, however she also sits within the Sixth form team supporting scholars with work experience, post 16 pathways and destinations.
