Oslo Class Visit to St Mary of Eton’s Church
Oslo Class greatly enjoyed their visit to St Mary of Eton’s Church, taking part in a range of engaging activities. The children acted out the Nativity story, explored the church’s Advent displays, and listened to the history and meaning behind Christmas and the birth of Baby Jesus.
They also learned about the many ways Christmas is celebrated, discussing traditions such as candlelight services, carol singing, and sharing bread on Christmas Eve. These conversations helped the children appreciate the diversity and warmth of Christmas customs. It was an enriching and memorable experience for all.
